Sandy Spigt is a para-professional accountant. She is the newest member of our firm with five years of bookkeeping experience. She maintains the accounting records for several of our small business clients, providing them with variety of bookkeeping and administrative services. These services include account reconciliations; general ledger maintenance; maintenance of the clients’ payroll records; preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports to include forms W-2 and 1099s; preparation of compiled financial statements; preparation of clients’ corporate minutes and maintenance of their corporate minute book; as well as preparation of several other government returns, such as business license applications, personal property tax returns and sales and use tax returns. She also reviews clients’ compliance with various rules and regulations regarding independent contractors and employees. She also provides valuable support in the preparation of individual income tax returns.
